The process of purchasing a home was all gibberish to me. Harolyn made this process very easy. She explained everything in detail, she made clear what was available to us and what wasn't and why. She was up front which I will always respect. She treated me as if I were one of her own, making sure that I would get the best possible outcome. Not having any guidance in this field, she made my husband and I feel much better that we were in her hands. Although we did not wind up purchasing a home with Harolyn, (we ended up staying in PA) the experience in looking for one with her was by far exceptional.
